Our team has gained experience in thousands of criminal trials held at Courts ruling on the merits throughout the country and also at the Supreme Court, covering the entire panorama of the criminal law system.<\/p><p>We have acted in a large number of criminal proceedings involving offences against the person, against property, against the State (participating in the most important trials during the period of internal terrorism, representing both the victims and the most senior officers of the intelligence services), against the administration of justice, and against public order (above all in connection with crimes of conspiracy, including those bearing the mark of the mafia), as indeed in proceedings involving offences committed in an employment or family framework.<\/p><p>We have particular expertise in matters involving crimes against the public administration (covering both the offences of public officials and those of private individuals). We have acted in a large number of trials, in which we have defended both public officials and collective entities facing charges, and also entrepreneurs and corporate groups damaged by acts of corruption, above all in matters concerning the assignment of important public tenders.<\/p><p>We have assisted companies and individuals in connection with town-planning and urban development offences and also in the sector of criminal law relating to information technology, new technologies and copyright protection. We act, on a continuous basis, in a significant number of cases involving the professional liability of doctors and other operators in the health sector.<\/p><p>We have specific, in-depth experience in matters of corporate, fiscal and bankruptcy criminal law and the law regulating banks and investment intermediaries, as indeed in matters of corporate liability in financial intermediation. We have acted in criminal proceedings for world-renowned insurance companies and have provided assistance in a large number of criminal proceedings in matters of safety at work and environmental protection, representing important companies also in connection with \u201cex crimine\u201d administrative liability.<\/p><p>We have acquired decades of specific expertise in combating counterfeiting (in the criminal courts), an area in which we defend some of the most important multinational companies operating in the world.
